Your challenges
Retirements, departures, key trainers: the know-how leaves with them.
See what changesTraining they enjoy, and remember.
See what changesGive your trainers the time to support those who need it most.
See what changesHow it works
One day of onboarding is enough: your trainers create their first tutorial that same afternoon, then, from the next day, on their own, as many as are useful. Concrete results, without waiting.
On the real equipment, in a few minutes, wearing glasses or a headset, even without being comfortable with computers.
Hands-free, guided in augmented reality exactly where action is needed, at their own pace and in their own language.
A quiz checks that everyone has understood; you see who hesitates, and on which step.
The challenge
A simulation to understand what the learner experiences with #AugmentedTraining, wearing augmented-reality glasses or a headset. Voice optional.
No sign-up. No installation. Illustrative images.
Measured results
Figures from our deployments and from a method validated by 5 industrial PhD theses.
And the “wow” effect: showcase your sites, your teams and your trades, to young people as well as during customer visits.
Choose your sector
One principle, with the words and challenges of each trade.

Technical and vocational schools, apprenticeship, continuing professional education: your learners practise hands-on skills independently on the real equipment.
Schools
Food processing, automotive, aerospace, rail, naval, energy, healthcare, chemicals, mechanical engineering: the know-how stays with you.
Industry
Armed forces, police and internal security, firefighters and civil protection, through-life support: train on an isolated network, without any connection.
Defence and security100% offline, AI included
AI is built into #AugmentedTraining and works without any connection: nothing your experts pass on goes to an AI provider.
AI speeds up creation: the expert passes on their know-how in a few minutes, while they are still here.
Every tutorial in each learner’s language: temporary worker, newcomer, partner or customer.
The voice reads the instructions: the learner keeps their eyes on the machine and their hands on the tool.
The AI runs at your site, without any connection. Your content goes to no AI provider and trains no external model.
Our approach
Before designing our tool, we studied how people learn to do with their hands what they cannot yet do.
With research laboratories, we studied how people learn a task they don’t know how to do, in a constrained environment. The aim is not to make people act like robots: it is for everyone to understand, remember and own the skill. This method is validated by 5 industrial PhD theses.
The real challenge is creation: experts don’t have time, and not all of them are comfortable with digital tools. They create their own tutorials, very quickly, with the help of the built-in AI, and these tutorials apply the learning method without them needing to know it.
As former industry professionals, we know every second counts: the expert’s time must be kept as short as possible. We also know the value of trade or defence secrets: everything works offline, without compromise, artificial intelligence included, right down to translating a tutorial in a few seconds.
The result: tutorials created in a few minutes, that really make people learn.
Case studies
Automotive industry
Autonomous operator training, guided in augmented reality on the real equipment.
Result: training speed doubled.
Industrial research
Our method stems from work carried out with Institut Mines-Télécom in a boiler manufacturing plant. It was compared with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides.
Result: a study published at IEEE ISMAR 2022, the leading international conference on augmented reality.
Defence, naval support
Our solution received an award from a defence naval support company.
Result: the award for best 3D through-life support (MCO) solution, in 2024.
Deployment
In our deployments, one day of training is enough: trainers create their first tutorial that same afternoon, then work on their own from the next day.
Result: 8 trainers operational at D+1.
