The tutorial then takes care of repeating the procedure: trainers free up time and cope with increasingly mixed ability levels. This time saved lets them give tailored support to the learners who need it, so that more of them succeed.

One day of training, for up to 8 of your experts, is enough for your teams to become fully autonomous: creating their content and managing it as efficiently as possible. For a more complex project, our experience may lead us to suggest one or more additional days of support, when we consider them useful and necessary for its success. And if you are short of time to create your content, SHIFT89 or our network of qualified partners can support your teams.

Augmented-reality glasses or a headset. We are compatible with several devices on the market, including Microsoft HoloLens 2, Arvicom CART-S, Samsung Galaxy XR, VITURE Luma Ultra XR, XREAL Aura, VIVE Eagle and, soon, Arvicom CART-3D. We recommend the model suited to your use and your budget. An optional Windows PC lets you go further.

Yes. Your HoloLens 2 headsets remain in use, including after the end of Dynamics 365 Guides. We support HoloLens 2 until at least the end of 2030, so you can get the most out of your hardware investment.

The instruction is translated and read aloud in the learner’s language by an artificial intelligence that runs on your computer. Tell us your teams’ languages: we will confirm which ones are available.

One licence per device, with volume discounts, and one licence for the PC application. Your choice: annual licences, multi-year licences or licences for the lifetime of the hardware. Prices on request.

Guides ends on 31 December 2026. Your HoloLens 2 headsets remain in use, your experts recreate your procedures on the real equipment and your trainers are trained in one day.

At SHIFT89, we support HoloLens 2 until at least the end of 2030. Microsoft security updates continue until December 2027 for connected devices. #AugmentedTraining needs no connection to work: your HoloLens 2 headsets can therefore be disconnected from Wi-Fi, for maximum security. Your content can later move to more recent glasses and headsets.
